Crescent City, California more Pic's

At the harbor in Crescent City all the fishing boats are waiting for the opening of the crab season.

Lined up beside the docks are the crab traps, Granddad was told by a local fisherman that each trap would catch 10 to 15 crabs a day. Maybe Granddad should get a job on board one of the fishing boats so he could get all the crab he wants.

Also in the harbor we found a lot of sea lions bathing in the sun. You will have to look hard to see them in this pic since the fishermen don't like them around so they stay far off shore out of reach, too bad for us since we like to see them.

Another shot of the coast line plus the road back to our home away from home.

Just one last shot. We found an art gallery on the side of the road and stopped to buy your Mom a piece of modern art for the front yard but they were all too big to bring back to your house
